Waterproofing Warranty
If there is leakage in the areas where the BDry System was installed, BDry will provide the labor and materials as required to repair the BDry System at NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THE CUSTOMER. This warranty will be in effect for the lifetime of the structure.

- If you sell or transfer the Structure after 12 months, a full inspection of the system will be required to ensure its integrity. Inspection fees apply. Written notification of the sale must be received in the BDry office within 30 days of closing.
- This warranty is valid only if the contracted job is completed and paid in full. If full payment is not received, the warranty is null and void.
- BDry does not warrant products not mentioned in this document.
Warranty Limitations
- This Limited Warranty is made in place of and excludes all other warranties, express or implied.
- Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties, so some exclusions may not apply to the Customer.
- BDry Systems of S.W. Indiana is a Licensee of Super Bee Holdings, LLC. If BDry Systems of S.W. Indiana ceases operations, Super Bee Holdings, LLC will ensure service continues without a lapse in coverage.
